Isabel is a native of Melbourne Australia. She has a father who is Australian and her mother Swiss. Her family lived in Switzerland Melbourne Jabiru a small mining town in The Northern Territory and Cairns Australia. With their sister Nina she was a student at schools that comprised First Nations children as well as students from different countries. Isabel is now living at Byron Bay NSW Australia. Isabel began her acting career at school. She then went on to pursue drama in the Victorian College of Arts Queensland University of Technology and more in the past, studied The PEM Method Perdekamp the Emotional Technique. Her agent discovered her in 2002. She'd never tried on any role before. She was auditioning to play a character of Home and Away, 1988. She was not selected for the job, but she impressed enough producers to make a new version for Tasha.
